If an employee contact is not showing in a document for example Service Advisor name is not showing in dropdown then,
1. User need to verify if the employee contact is created that user in DMS lite.
Navigation : Administration >> Management >> Foundation >> Employees
2. Open Employee Contact from Employees and Click on Employee Detail option from dropdown.
3. Check for the Designation Tagged with the Employee Contact Created.
Navigation :- Administration >> Management >> Foundation >> Open Employee Contact >> Click on Employee Details dropdown >> Go to third tab i.e., Additional Details >> Check Contact Type. (As shown in attached snap)
4. If the designation is not selected, then please select the required checkbox, for example if the particular employee is Service Advisor, then click on Service Advisor check box.
5. Now, user will require to relogin in DMS lite and Open Repair Order document, the employee contact will be showing.
6. Even after following above steps, if the employee contact is not showing user can check which branch is tagged with that employee. To check these details: -
Navigation :- Administration >> Management >> Foundation >> Contacts
Open Employee Contact and select Contact Details dropdown.
Now, Go to the Second tab i.e. Contact History and check whether the required branch is selected for the employee. User can make changes in it as per its requirement.
