FTP Installbase updation.

This validation pop ups when any incorrect details are available for the selected VIN in FTP installabse. 




This error can be rectified by following the steps as below :-


Step 1 :  Go to FTP Status log and check for the error due to which the validation pop ups.

Navigation : Administration >>> Management >>> FTP Status log >>> Generate Report.

Note : While generating this report, do not select any of the check box. Also, user will have to select Agent as Ford Installbase from dropdown.






Step 2 :  As it can be seen in above snapshot, for the selected vehicle the error description is showing as Catcode does not exists.
(This error description may differ as per the selected vehicles.)

This error data can be corrected from FTP Installbase Updation utility.

Navigation: Administration >>> Management >>> FTP Installbase Updation 




Once the checkbox is selected, user can edit details as per error description and save this corrected details.
