How to create contact.

Contacts creation

  1. To access Contacts creation please find the below Path:

       Admin → Management → Foundation → Contacts creation

  1. Click on Contacts creation for further process.


Step 1.1: Click on New to create new employee .


 

Step 1.2: Here enter Code series wise as shown below, Enter Basic Details like Name, Last Name. Select customer type, Enter address and customer details & personal details. (Orange colour fields are mandatory.



Step 1.3: In Contact History Tab, select designation in contact group column from the drop down, then select Company.



Step 1.4: Here in additional details column, select contact type checkbox as required. Ans same will reflect in previous tab  ( contact history)

Step 1.5: Save the document.





Note:- We will be not able to create “New Customer” in-case the “Mobile No.” is already existing in DMS. So, in this case the “Mobile No.” should be re-verify.

Note:- The Employee Creation access should be there in the user for the “Employee Creation”, if not then the user will not be able to create the employee. For Employee Creation access contact with support helpdesk.
