How to find source of service appointments?

You can refer to the Service appointment list report where referring to the Source column you can check the source of appointments.
Service Appointment List :
Navigation : Service >>> Reports >>> Workshop >>> Service Appointment list.
2. For appointments received through Online Service Booking portal you can refer to the below report:

Navigation : Service >>> Reports >>> Summary >>> Online Service Booking report
