Overview to Lunch & Teatime

Overview to Lunch & Teatime Lunch and Tea break time will help as reminder to all employees available in dealership branch, Lunch and team time to be configure in branch master. This configuration is available with Excellon team only as its handled through Master configurations.

Configuration of Lunch & Teatime

A) User will configure the Lunch time & Teatime, both the values “Start time & End Time” are mandatory.

B) This Branch master is accessible only to Excellon team and same will be updated at the time of Go-live.

C) This is one time activity.

Result area of Lunch & Teatime

A) Post configuration of lunch & teatime, user would be able to see blocks in schedulers of their Manpower (refer below snap).

B) This will help user to identify the lunch break and tea break.

Pop-up texts of Lunch & Teatime

A) If any dealer user starts work during the lunch and tea break than Pop-up shown as “This time is booked/allocated as lunch/teatime.

B) This will not block the transaction instead by clicking “OK” user can continue his/her work.

  As per the present functionality, Same DMS User ID and Password cannot be login on both platforms i.e. on DMS lite & Mobile Application. At a time only one platform can be used either DMS lite or Mobile Application.

• How to change Quick Service repair category.

  Quick Service repair category can be changed within 45 Minutes of document creation. If the prescribed time limit exceeded, then user will not be able to change repair category. Also, the same cannot be updated from DMS Support side.

• Incorrect VIN or Mobile Details.

  At the time of Customer OTP verification if user face below validation, we suggest user to update the correct VIN information and the Mobile number tagged with the customer during previous service.
