Unable to generate tele calling performance report.

Error Snapshot :-




Clarification:-     The tele calling performance report is based upon Service Reminder utility for which minimum 6 months data required. For the requested dealer company if the Service reminder data is not available for more than 6 months, then details will not be available in Tele calling performance report.

But If dealer user wants to know how many bookings are converted and the source of enquiry for this, user can refer to Service Appointment list utility.
