Unable to login Mobile App.
The Mobile app login rights are only available with below mentioned DMS users.
1. Service Advisor
2. Greeter
GEM and Other users will not be able to see Service details as this Application shows user specific details only.

DMS lite and Mobile app cannot be login at the same time
As per the present functionality, Same DMS User ID and Password cannot be login on both platforms i.e. on DMS lite & Mobile Application. At a time only one platform can be used either DMS lite or Mobile Application.
