Warranty Claim data is not showing on Service 2 portal.
As per the process set by Ford, the DMS warranty claim documents are only formality document so that dealer user will come to know for how many Repair Orders user has created Warranty Claims.
As there is no common medium to transfer data from DMS lite to Service 2 portal, hence DMS lite Repair Order details will not be showing on Service 2 portal.
Or even if the claim is approved on Service 2 portal, the same details will not be updated in DMS lite.
