WIP (Work in progress) report in DMS lite.

If the dealer user wants to know about the Vehicle Or Repair Order document details which are in Open Status user can refer to the RO Statement report.

There are two reports available in DMS lite from where user can extract data for Work in Progress RO/BRO.

1. RO Statement.

2. Vehicle inside Workshop Statement.

1. RO Statement :

Navigation : Service >>> Reports >>> Service >>> RO Statement.

Apply filters as highlighted in below snapshot and generate report.

Once the Report is generated, User can apply filter on RO status and can extract data as per its requirement.

Once the options are ticked, click on OK button and get the required details.

2. Vehicle inside Workshop Statement.

Navigation : Service >>> Reports >>> Workshop >>> Vehicle Inside workshop statement.

Once the report is generated, User can click on the pin option available on right hand side of the Status column and can select the suitable status as per its requirement.

Once the options are ticked, click on OK button and get the required details.
