This validation pop ups when Any Parent Document (Service Appointment or Service Estimate) is in open status in another Branch or Company for the Same vehicle.




Resolution: -
In order to rectify this issue. Dealer User needs to Connect with person who has access for Master ID. and ask to close the particular document from the related branch.
